Miss Teen North Dakota International™Competition Information
TO QUALIFY * You must be at least 13-19 years of age by July 1st of competition year.
Contestants will be judged in 5 areas of competition.
PERSONAL INTERVIEW 30%
Each contestant will meet one on one with five different judges for five minutes. They will be asked a variety of questions, but no political or religious questions are allowed. They must have a platform that they will promote if chosen Miss Teen North Dakota International™. Clothing for this portion is business attire consisting of a dress, suit, or pantsuit.ON-STAGE INTERVIEW 10%
Contestants will be asked a question specifically regarding their platform issue. They will be given thirty seconds to respond.
FITNESS 20%
Each contestant is required to wear fitness attire, which consists of spandex shorts, Capri pants, or ankle length pants and spandex top. Bare mid-riff is permitted. For shoes, contestants need an athletic shoe, but nothing too clunky or too colorful. Each contestant will be judged on being physically fit, energetic, and healthy.
FUN FASHION WEAR 20%
Fashion wear is a very entertaining segment of the show and the outfit contestants choose should be fun, trendy, and reflective of their personality.
